These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the xbazee website located at xbazee.onl, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels operated under the xbazee brand. xbazee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Throughout these Terms, "xbazee", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the xbazee platform and its operating entity. 1Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on xbazee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. xbazee does not warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed by you on xbazee or through any responsible gaming programme.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must update your details promptly if any information changes.
• Not a company employee: Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of xbazee and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts.

xbazee reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

2Account Registration & Verification

When creating an account on xbazee, you must provide a valid mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid form of government-issued identification such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xbazee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbazee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion will be applied on your behalf.

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier interface.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times: Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days.
• Withdrawal to deposit source: Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Fees: xbazee does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which xbazee bears no responsibility.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances must meet their applicable wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

4Bonuses & Promotions

xbazee offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings. The wagering requirement and eligible games will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Once the validity period has expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer. Bonuses cannot be combined unless stated.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain table game bets may be excluded or weighted differently.
• Abuse and exploitation: xbazee reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus conditions, or any other activity that xbazee considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Changes to promotions: xbazee may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts where wagering is already in progress.

5Game Rules & Fair Play

The integrity of game outcomes is determined solely by the underlying RNG and game mathematics; xbazee does not manipulate outcomes.

7Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the xbazee platform without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or use of any automated tool to extract content or data from the platform is expressly forbidden. Any unauthorised use terminates the limited licence granted to you immediately.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbazee and its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

xbazee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xbazee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9Account Closure & Termination

You may close your xbazee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

xbazee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• Your account is subject to a self-exclusion request.
• Continuation of your account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to xbazee.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.

Upon termination for breach, xbazee reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonus balances and to withhold real-money funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to be the proceeds of fraud or prohibited conduct will not be returned.

10Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to xbazee's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. xbazee will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits xbazee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent prohibited conduct.
